New Look Hub

Welcome to the new full-colour edition of The Hub!

The Hub was originally launched in September 2000, with four pages in black & white. Throughout the years since, it has evolved, sometimes with difficulty, and we are now delighted to launch the first full-colour edition, packed with fascinating features, absorbing articles and fabulous photographs.

This has only been made possible by the support, both financial and practical, of South Lakes Development Trust and Windermere Town Council. Their involvement secures the production and delivery of The Hub for at least the next year and we look forward to a long and fruitful association.

New Website

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our website, www.hub-news.org. This will be updated on a regular basis, so it's worth taking a look at the site between issues of the paper edition. If you are not accustomed to "surfing the net", don't worry, we will continue to deliver to homes and businesses in the area.
