- The problems with toilets is that no one has a statutory duty to provide public toilets. Now other districts are funding it economically necessary to close toilets (visit Eden & Carlisle). Would it be possible to lobby Government to change the law so that one level of Government or another is responsible. Town is to be congratulated on the Floral displays. Respond
- Toilets - they need refurbing and cleaning regularly and generally sprucing up. Pavements - they are uneven and all at different angles. Floral Displays - who is responsible for watering these new tubs as they all seem to be dead. Respond
- There is little point in having planters in Crescent Road if the plants receive no care. Asking an adjoining shop keeper if they could not water. I was told 'not on principle'. Toilets should be available throughout the year. Respond
- Floral display - lack of maintenance. Flower beds at Ellerthwaite Square a disgrace. Craig Walk/Annisgarth drains blocked. Respond
- Floral displays - what a fix, winning that award, Continental Landscapes needs to learn how to water properly. Parks - fantastic but we need more free facilities like this (free). Respond
- Toilets - all open please especially on the Glebe. Floral displays - ever nice. Water fountains - where are they? Yes please at Bowness. Respond
- Who is in charge of watering the plants in Windermere. The poor tree at the end of High Street was not watered for 10 days on 11th it rained or else I would have carried buckets to it (some 200 yards) . The flower pots in the ;'new' street have died and the watering now knocks off the heads of the new planter. Some one should have the job. Respond
- Floral displays - baskets on lamp posts very good this year - keep up the good work. Replace signs which are in bad state of repair e.g some have black sticky tape over parts of them. Signs on tree at the Albert are a disgrace. Respond
- Parks - develop a children's park equivalent to Windermere. Floral displays good but cement containers in Ellerthwaite Square. Oh dear! Pavements - Council street cleaner. Toilets - Main Bowness Glebe Road be opened and developed. Lighting of side roads to be upgraded. Respond
- Can WTC seek commercial sponsorship and run some of the public toilets e.g Glebe Road? Scope with local council tax too. Clean up signs and reduce them as there are too many. Can WTC spend more on hanging baskets - or co-ordinate color scheme with SLDC (v new boxes)? Improvement of the library Gardens, spoiled when azaleas cut back drastically. Respond
- Toilets - need better cleaning and need upgrading/rebuild of most toilets. Get hotels/pubs to open toilets to the public. Signage - signs need cleaning. Floral displays - should be sponsored by businesses. Respond
- Toilets - charge '50p 2 pee) and install fancy new ones. Signage - clean 'em'! Florals - more of 'em'. Parks are good ((I think) Good flower beds are well tended. Respond
- Project to plant a fruit tree/bush on every piece of public land in the parish. Respond
